Zeta Crucis is an AI-powered voicebot designed to transform qualitative research and HR interviews. By leveraging natural language processing (NLP), voice recognition (ASR), and an agentic flow for transcription analysis, it replaces passive surveys and formal human interviews with an adaptive voice experience that is customized to client needs, personalized in real-time based on user responses, and delivers deep insights quickly.
The Zeta agent can be set up to conduct a structured or semi-structured voice interview via web, mobile, or phone. It can pursue lines of inquiry and ask for examples and anecdotes, and it can adjust its tone and brevity based on how the user is responding. Transcripts are immediately coded and analyzed based on predetermined research goals and hypotheses, producing reports for both individual interviews as well as overall findings from interviews in aggregate.
